We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, sizes and specifications are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Minor differences in printing, stitching, fabric texture or manufacturing may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations including:

If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible amount paid for that cancelled order will be refunded.

For personalized jerseys, customers are responsible for providing the correct spelling, name, number and customization details.

Once customization has started, the order may not be cancellable or returnable because of a customer-provided mistake.

If JerseyZ Store by Avie makes a customization error, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Payment methods may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to verify orders.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, high-demand periods and circumstances beyond our control.
